Application terms of use

To access the service, it is essential to be over the age of sixteen (16).

A full legal name, an email address, and all the information required by Recipok in the account creation process must be provided.

It is the responsibility of the user to provide truthful information, and Recipok reserves the right to delete any account, if it is suspected of its veracity or could violate any of the rules of use of Recipok.

The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of his account. Recipok will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be a consequence of a user error when protecting their access information.

The parties agree to legally equate the client’s autograph signature to that made by any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the service provider may request written confirmation from the customer when deemed necessary.

The hiring of a Recipok payment plan begins at the moment the user enters the card details and makes a first payment. In no case will credit or returns be made.

The client is responsible for any contracting and therefore for evaluating each and every one of the functionalities, in no case are custom developments made and any information on new functionalities is merely informative and will have no contractual link.

Once a payment plan has been contracted, it will automatically renew on the renewal date until the user deletes the account.

Recipok offers a rate system that adapts to the volume of documents that the user performs. The limits of each rate are specified in the prices section at Recipok.com/en/prices. If the user exceeds any of the limits of his rate, he will have to raise the rate.

Recipok reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting said change any right to compensation from users.

A valid bank card or paypal account is required to make payments. This is not required to create or use a free account. Recipok will recurrently charge you a periodic fee depending on the type of account you have contracted.

The Service is charged each period in advance, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will refunds be made in case the user does not use the Service during the period of time in which the account is open. In no case will exceptions be made.

The client agrees that it will not be necessary to confirm receipt of the acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication.

In the event that the user rises from the account level due to his volume of documents, his card will not be charged with the new amount until the next billing date. From this moment on, the next billing will be charged to your card for the new amount, unless the account is canceled.

In the event of non-payment or return of the receipt, you will be notified of the non-payment and automatically lose the ability to access the Service. The data will be deleted after thirty (30) days from the date of non-payment.

No fee includes taxes or obligations required by your government authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes or obligations. The user decides who has the right to enter his account with the role he deems appropriate.

Recipok reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice if it deems it appropriate. Recipok reserves the right to change the monthly installments with 15 days’ notice. Notifications of the change of fees will be published on the Recipok website and in writing.
